Too bad, especially because it's clearly marketed to Mac heads. While the display can show two screens, like HDMI input and thunderbolt (!) next to each other, the mac drivers for virtual displays are crap and the feature completely unusable. If you do any work with a horizontal timeline, like video editing, this thing is amazing.

You might get a little dizzy from this giant display at first, but it's nice to have all that breathing space. It feels a little cheap but once it's set up you forget about that. When the first Retina MacBook was released in 2015, an adapter was the only option, but times have changed, and native USB-C monitors now also are available readily. We have 4 (one 27' that's over ten years old and still in circulation) at the office. All Retina MacBook models have a single USB-C port- and not any kind of 'traditional' external display port - so an adapter is required to connect an older display. A 5k is probably just around the corner, and I'd expect the 72dpi screens to be marked down. But it seems like they are overpriced at the moment.
